At 7: i left 53 college street and proceeded to 112 michigan avenue, where a large had fallen on the house. There is heavy structural damage, with the left side of the house as facing it was buckled out. The masonry chimney was leaning and the mortar joint was broken loose at the base. A portion of the tree had caved in the bed room ceiling. The fire personnel stated that they heard a cracking noise in the house when they arrived. I have posted this house, and advised the tenants that they were not to enter this house. The female tenant was very combative and wanted to enter to remove belongings, which i did not allow and further advised that if she enters the structure after we leave , she will be doing so at her own risk. I did enter the house to evaluate and i did lock the front door for the tenants and instructed then to lock the back door, which they did.
