On yellow-rated french market rooftop: extension of rooftop access stair and new mezzanine stair egress penthouse, per materials approved by architectural committee 09 27 16 and stamped vcc approved 10 17 16, as follows:install 1-4" x 5-1" wood stud and stucco extension of ursulines-side rooftop stair penthouse, with standing seam copper roof. Install new 9-9" x 11-4" x 3-9" mezzanine stair egress and wheelchair lift penthouse, with standing seam copper roof. Relocate existing air handling units on rooftop. No new hvac included in this permit.

To modify door located on the ground floor of the decatur elevation, located in the second opening from the decatur and gov. Nicholls corner of the building, as per architecture committee approval of 08 22 17 and revised plans stamped vcc approved 09 14 17. Work includes: removing exterior hardware installed without benefit of vcc review or approval retention of fused french door condition completed without benefit of vcc review or approval installation of simple rim cylinder in same location as previously existing hardware installation of two copper door handles matched to existing handles on the french market place elevation, in center of door one handle per previously existing leaves note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no more than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
