Unit is posted as unsafe due to fire. Limited on site evaluation yelled the following result. Home suffered structural damage due to fire. Home suffered electrical damage due to fire & heat. Power is removed from unit, meter base posted not to reconnect with approval from building safety. Full evaluation need from structural engineer. Structure is a hud labeled home and will require a structural engineer for structural repair report before any repair permit can be issued.
