This cozy 4 square foot one bedroom apartment has everything you need. This upstairs apartment has a queen size bed, living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. The bathroom has been redone but guests should know that it is small with a stall shower. There is a window air conditioning unit that keeps the whole apartment cool. There is a tv and a network dvd player but no cable. You could stream content from your devices using a standard hdmi cord if you so choose. Guests will have access to a big covered front porch which is shared with 2 other apartments. Guests will also be able to use a parking permit to park on the street in front of the house which is permit parking only.
