2x4 interior partitions sheetrock throughout 1st,2nd and third floors to create new bedrooms and bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Remover and replace front masonry wall and replace with same on existing footing. Windows, doors to remain same size height location.
