September 20, 2006 1:03:29 pm dshook cole - expansion/renovations; october 27, 2006 10:32:32 am dshook john voris came in and submitted an amendment to the present plans reducing the scope of work, changed cost from 1610 to 102000.; november 8, 2006 10:40:44 am bdavis i approved the grading tracking step with the following note: they propose to dig post holes for a disturbance of 32 ft. This wont require installation of any sediment controls, so we wont need to issue a grading permit or waiver for this project. Can you delete the grading step from hte for us?
