Remove the lamorite shingles from around the designated lead flange. Replace damaged 3" lead flange with a new one to match existing as close as possible. Remove vegetation from the front wall and seal with a high performance mortar caulking. Apply flashing cement and fiberglass mesh on the splits in the existing cement on the parapet wall on the left side of the roof on the front and back slope of the main building. Replace the broken and lifted lamorite tiles along the walls with new lamorite tiles.

To install a total of five (5) pairs of louvered shutters to the window openings of the bienville elevation, as per architectural committee approval of 08/09/16, final materials submitted 08/10/16, and stamped approved 08/11/16.
