For the installation of a fire suppression system in accordance with nfpa 13, with a 6-inch fire service line, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Removal of existing roof system and sheathing over the nave and chancel areas. Perform framing repairs (purlins) as needed. Install new sheathing and fluid applied roof system, patenated green battens. New drains and gutter repairs.

Fabrication and install of a commercial kitchen exhaust hood with associated duct work and fans as per plans. Separate permit required for the fire suppression system.

Replace of 4" soil pipe and rough in for a new lav and water closet soil pipe in in basement and powder room is on 1st floor. Installations in accordance with 2004 ppc

Installation of fire alarm system as per nfpa-72 (north district)

For the repair of partial replacement of a roof assembly over an existing religious assembly. Structural framing (engineered trusses) to be installed as shown in approved plans.

For level iii alterations to an existing building to include selective interior demolition of paritions walls and for structural alterations throughout. No demolition or changes to exterior wall as referenced per philadelphia historical commission approval. Alterations to interior of building only, permit is for core and shell of building. Separate permit required for fitout and certificate of occupancy of the entire structure. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Amended permit required for special inspections. Separate permits required for all other work.

For a partial change of occupancy classification & level iii alterations for renovation of existing two (2) story above grade plane, w. Basement, mixed-use community service building to include erection of partition walls for classroom & office spaces, install of ext. Concrete stair, & all associated work; building to be fully sprinklered. Separate permit reqd for any mech., elec., plumb., & firesupp work. Phc to review masonry patching repair samples & terracotta replacement sample for final approval.

Demolish interior partitions and sinks to provide new bathroom to support clinic space per plans.

Furnish and install all necessary sanitary, vent and domestic water piping to complete the installation of water closet, lav sink, shower and washing machine outlet box. Connect to existing sanitary, vent and domestic water.. (this is actually a charity donation, not charging customer)

Install 16 smoke detectors on to fire alarm system as per nfpa-72 (north district)

Install 800amp service with sub panels and rewire throughout as per nec 2008 north district

For the installation of new wet chemical kitchen fire suppression system as per attached standard. Deviations from these standards require submission of construction and site plans.
