For the erection of a four (4) story attached structure with two (2) roof decks, each accessed by a pilot house in accordance with bbs variance (cal. No. 25451). Horn & strobe to be installed at pilot houses. Building shall be fully sprinklered (sprinkler head at center of each window opening along side yard as per bbs proviso). Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems. Building shall conform to all design standards to queen village over as set forth in the zoning code.
