This permit serves as documentation that a certificate of occupancy is not required for the above property. This structure and the accessory bell tower, were originally constructed in the 1970s for use by the national parks service and contains the following uses; assembly (including incidental motion picture display) offices, and storage spaces and is intended to continue as such for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. The 19 philadelphia building code designates this an f3 occupancy.
