Installation ( 1 ) set of illuminated channel letters on the n peters elevation and install ( 1 ) 4-3" x 1-8" double faced illuminated plate sign cabinet. Sign to read vans

Change of use: existing use is restaurant/business/retail and proposed use is retail (only)installation of new exterior signage. Remove/replace two (2) existing storefront entry doors on n. Peters street. Install two (2) new sets of storefront entry doors on n. Peters street in existing show windows. Install two (2) new fixed storefront show windows to replace previous tenant entry doors. Note: all new installation at storefront to match existing, adjacent storefront openings for color and profile.

To install a total of thirteen (13) openeye 7 series outdoor ip dome security cameras mounted to underside of gallery or wall mounted, per materials submitted 05/08/15 & 12/03/15 & stamped vcc approved 12/04/15. Cameras shall be painted to match adjacent building surface. All conduit and wiring shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. All cameras to be installed a minimum of 9-feet above the sidewalk and a maximum of 18-inches below the bottom of the balcony, gallery, porch ceiling, roof overhang, or soffit. Note: the mounting of cameras on extensions or poles is not allowed. All cameras are to be mounted directly to existing building materials.

Remove existing 3x3 double faced non-illuminated blade sign cabinet. Sign reads wish. Repair remaining holes in concrete fascia. Install ( 1 ) set of 2-9" to 20" led illuminated channel letters on the n peters elevation. Mount and display on concrete fascia. Sign to read vans. Install ( 1 ) 4-3" x 1-8" double faced illuminated single plate mount sign cabinet. Mount display on concrete fascia. Sign to read vans.

Install temporary cell phone equipment inside the parking lot: box truck with antenna - in place from 11/1/2012 thru 2/15/13

This permit allows for the temporary placement of three (3) dumpsters on the conti st side of landrys seafood. Dumpsters will be in place for 31 days beginning 01/14/2016 to 02/11/2016. Related building permit 16-01225-demi.

Signage

To install mechanical equipment, per final plans approved by the architectural committee 04/12/16, and stamped vcc approved 04/21/16. Work includes but is not limited to:install: three (3) 12. 5ton split-system with 30kw electric heat, one (1) 15 ton split-system with 30kw electric heat, one (1) 5 ton split system with 15kw electric heat, one (1) 3 ton split-system with 9. 6kw electric heat & one (1) 7. 5 ton with 15kw electric heat. Install units on existing metal platforms along either side of the demising wall between the last two bays on the conti side of the roof. Secure electrical conduits to the underside of the platform. Install two louvered vents on rear, clay street elevation as indicated on drawings.

To install one double sided non-illuminated aluminum blade sign with white backround and no graphics reading "urban outfitters" located on the corner of the n. Peters and the conti elevations, to install internally illuminated gray letters reading "urban outfitters" on the wall of the n. Peters elevation and to install black raised stucco letters reading "urban outfitters" on the conti street elevation, per drawings submitted on 05/05/16 and stamped vcc approved 05/09/16. The blade sign on the corner elevation shall measure 23" x 50". The letters on the n. Peters elevation 36"x 8" deep with true white led modules. The letters on the conti elevation willl be 24" x 1/2" high raised stucco. No additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Signs shall not extend beyond 40" from the building face.

On north peters, fourth set of double doors from the st. Louis side of the building (down river), per attached drawings stamped vcc approved 01 25 17:remove existing doors, sidelites and transom. Install new doors, sidelites and transom to match existing in all dimensions, profile, materials, etc. With the exception of width. New double doors to be increased to a total of 6-0" wide to meet life safety codes (from previous 5-8" wide). Transom width to align to double doors below. Sidelite width to be reduced to 1-7" each.
