Interior alterations at all levels including new interior doors and hardware, new kitchen and kitchen ceiling; new bathrooms including new green board in upper br; replace damaged wallboard where appropriate; excluding stairway walls, use furr strips properly spaced on exterior walls exposed to the elements between which install r-19 insulation material; add 2x12 double header above counter top and refrigerator space, repair replace exterior degraded brick and concrete on entry steps and exterior walls; replace stairway steps where cracked; refinish floors, paint interior and exterior.
