Clc; november 13, 2006 12:22: pm sbrank residential remodel.; renovation of single family dwelling. Foundation structural repairs not included in permit at this time. Owner/builder to submit engineers drawings/documents to amend permit prior to commencement of foundation repairs. Building comments: refer to the plan review comments attached to the approved drawings for important information or corrections for compliance with the building code. The approved plans and review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections. Note!!! - the inspector will turn down an inspection

Driveway depth must be a minimum of 28 feet from road ed ge. 3. Inspector must be called 48 hours prior to installation of the driveway access apron for an inspection of the forms or prepared area. 4. I nspector for this project is monte clampett and he can be r eached at redacted phone number (office) or redacted phone number (cell). 5. Dr iveway access apron must be constructed in accordance with detail 3. 15 from the city of asheville standard speci fications manual. (sent to applicant) 6. Driveway apron width shall be 12 feet. Opening at road s hall be 19 feet this measurement includes radii. 7 . Edge of driveway apron must be a minimum of 5 feet from pr operty line. 8. Grade in first 10-feet of driveway must fall within ran ge of -4% to +10. 6% 9. T here will be one entrance constructed. 10. C ulvert may be required for positive drainage across
