Boston harbor cruises and the new england aquarium would like to host a wharf festival on august 9th 2014 from 11:00am - 2:00pm. All events will be free and open to the public. Proposed activities include rented carnival games face painting food sampling from kayem and ben and jerrys educational activities from staff at new england aquarium national park service freedom trail foundation and boston childrens museum billy costa mc and music from kiss 108 free public art project from ica and/or fort point artist association street performances from the faneuil hall street performers and games from the greenway conservancy. Chowder tasting from chart house and legal seafood tbd.
