SCORE 100 If i managed to do this correctly i have invoiced a re-inspection fee to permit 14-12417, 1 haywood st. This is the second time i have turned it down for not properly supporting the fixtures from the structure. I have advised the contractor about this issue once again. During the course of inspection only 1 floor out of 3 has been looked at. I have found this issue prevails, i have not made it past the lobby area on 2 visits and i have found that there are no grounding conductors installed in the green field flex as per the nce 250. 118, nec 410. 42. I have advised the contractor that the support and grid attachment, quick connects and grounds are part of the lighting replacement inspection. Contractor will reschedule this inspection 1 floor at a time. I have advised the inspector doing the building portion of this failure and of a hole in the structure between floors..
