All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; grading approved for a wavier of grading permit. If the inspector feels that there is a problem arising from the work being done, he will require erosion control measures and possibly a permit if scope exceeds what was stated on the application. October 22, 2013 2:17:06 pm atesner. Complaint is regarding a single family residence with one driveway. There are 9 or cars there, appears to be college aged people. There isnt room in the driveway so the cars park all around the property on others private property. The residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Aet.; access driveway used to be planned to connect with and intersect with bridle path rd. Newer subdivision to the north of home cut off access to bridle path rd. Lookout rd serves he home in the past and present. In order to better locate the structure the new address assigned is 14 lookout rd asheville nc 28804. Oct 2015
