Partial dismantling of the emerson college loading dock to gain access to the emerson college 2 boylston place construction site. 2 boylston place will be constructed as a new emerson college residence hall (reference permit/permit application ert432782). All permit documents related to this application/permit are filed with ert432782 (per isd a separate document submission is not required). Once construction access is no longer required the loading dock will be reconstructed under ert 432782. There will be a loading dock connector to serve both buildings constructed under ert 432782. This will not be a required means of egress. The connector does not extend over any public way. The connector serves buildings on immediately adjacent lots.
