Using hollow stem auger method, we will drill two 6 inch diameter test borings in the building development area to evaluate the subsurface conditions. Proposed test boring depths are feet each. Soil borings will be cased due to previously documented petroleum contamination. Drilling spoils will be containerized in 55 gallon drums to be removed from the site for disposal after chemical laboratory results of the spoils have been received and reviewed. The bore holes will be grouted with a 60: ratio of bentonite powder to cement.
