Removing old drywall due to lack of insulation in house. Adding new insulation and drywall -entire house. Inspections need to be done by robert as contractor only speaks spanish. On 1-6-12 home owner called for inspection and said electrical work was also done and some has been covered with drywall. Owner told no electrical permit was issued and that a permit needed to be obtained by licensed electrician and inspection would have to see all electrical work completed including that under the drywall. Sh home owner called back and said no electrical was done. Seth sommer - permit amended on 6/12/2012 to include converting the structure to a two family. Separate electrical and mechanical permits will need to be obtained by properly licensed/registered contractors. Work must be complete for each individual unit in order to receive any type of certificate of occupancy (final or temporary).
