Access building to perform roof repairs to the following areas. Remove existing slate shingles from the following roofs and haul debris,north high roof, south high roof, west addition gable roof, north side garage roof and south side low roof. Install new slate shingles on the section mentioned above. Remove existing roof membrane from upper main flat roof and haul debris from preimses. Install new flat roof membrane on upper main flat roof. Remove existing roof membrane from lower south side flat roof and haul debris from premises. Install new flat roof membrane on lower south side flat roof. Remove existing metal roof membrane form east side porch roof and haul debris from premises. Install new flat seam copper roof membrane on east side porch roof. Remove existing roof membrane from gazebo roof and haul debris from preimises. Install new flat seam copper roof membrane on gazebo roof. All work to remain in kind.

Erect scaffold on front yard, scaffold to be 2 stories high up to eave of roof and set on private property. Remove 2 courses of slate shingles at eave of roof and salvage for reuse. Erect scaffold up to eave of roof 1 story high on private property. Remove all existing x 16 purple vermont slate shingles. Remove exisiting built in gutter and metal flashings. Haul debris from premises. Install new x 16 non fading purple vermont slate shingles with clipped corners to match existing profile. Install new built in gutter and metal flashings. All work to remain in kind.

Erect scaffold on private property up to eave of roof, inside of fence. Remove slate shigles from west section of sloped roof. Remove all metal flashings and haul debris from premises. Install all proper weather barriers, install new slate shingles and new metal flashings where needed. Perform minor repairs to east section of sloped roof. All work to remain in kind.

Erect scaffold 3 stories high up to eave of roof, on private property behind fence. Remove existing slate shingles and built in gutter from front of the house. Repair sheathing as needed, but no rafter work haul debris from premises. Install new slate shingles and built in gutter to match existing patterns and metal flashings where needed. All work to remain in kind.

Erect scaffold 2 stories high up to eave of roof, next to bay window over front entrance with overhead protection. No scaffold will be set on sidewalk. Access roof to perform roof repairs to front mansard roof only, remove all existing green spanish tile shingles and metal flashings. Haul debris from premises. Damaged sheathing will be replace as needed, no rafter work will be perform. Install new green spanish tile shingles and metal flashings where needed. All work to remain in kind.
