Once the space where this court will be be located is made available by work in permits1 & 2 the work in this area to construct court 4 and associated work (see plans and specs) will commence. This court will not be an additional court willnot be an additional court in the courthouse, but will take the place of an existing court per plans.

Permit i (new sheriff offices) - see floor plan aa2031 - the work to build the new sheriff offices ( including squad room) and associated areas (see plans and specs) will take place once other spaces have been built for the relocation of current occupants ( in area of new sheriff offices) during the first part of permit 2 work. Permit i is a portion of part a work - improvements to open spaces for construction of two new courtrooms per plans.

Permit 2 (court services/clerk of court offices/snack bar/jury lounge/court 5) - (see floor plans aa201,aa203. Aa9 (security kiosk plan) and aa903 (elevation window wall, alternate 2) the buld of the work associated with permit 2 will be performed. This will include work that is called out in court 5 as available at notice to proceed on sheet g301. Following that the agencies corrently occupying the future sheriff offices and within court 5 will move. Once that occurs the remainder of permit 2 noted above and including associated areas (see plans and specs) work will be completed. Permit 2 is a portion of part a improvements to open specs for constauction of tow new courtrooms per plans.

Permit 3 (court 4) -(see floor plan) - ab201 and ab904) once the space where this court will be located is made available by work in permits 1 & 2 the work in this area to construct court 4 and associated work (see plans and specs) will commence. Alternate #3. - paint and plaster work at first floor corridor is part of permit 3. This court will not be an additional court in the courthouse, but will take the place of an existing court per plans. Permit 3 is a portion of part b work - new courtrooms (two).
